For Anja Schlamann, an architecture graduate, space is a central theme in many of her artistic projects, and so it is also in the series S I E. Large spaces invite recipients to immerse themselves in the architecture and subsequently to enter into contact with the photographer, as she is already there, in the room. The architecture that surrounds her offers her a stage for her self-staging. Figure and space enter into a close relationship in the process.
