Sibling relationships are the longest in our lives. They make a lasting impression on our relations with other people. They range from total devotion and self-sacrifice to all-consuming hate. These are themes from earliest human testimonies through to literature of the present day. Susanne Duddeck produces an intriguing dialogue between her large-format portraits (canvas 100 cm x 300 cm+ on backlit in her light object LUMI:DAS) and texts from myths, fairytales and literature.
